Who we are
FlySmart Travel LLC is a travel agency registered and operating out of Sheridan, Wyoming. We help individuals, families, and small business travelers find, book, and manage flights across a wide range of domestic and international carriers.
We are not an airline, and we do not set airline fares, schedules, or seat inventory. Our role is to search available options on your behalf, present the full cost — airline fare plus our service fee — and handle the booking, changes, or upgrade once you approve it.
How we work
Every quote we send breaks out the airline base fare, taxes, and our service fee as separate line items. We do not book anything without your explicit go-ahead, and we do not add fees after the fact that weren't disclosed at the time of quote.
Once a ticket is issued, the airline's confirmation code is yours. You can also contact the airline directly at any time — using our service does not remove that right.
