Upgrade types we check
- Extra legroom / preferred seating. Exit rows and forward cabin seats, where offered.
- Premium economy. Wider seats and added amenities on routes that offer the cabin.
- Business or first class. Subject to availability and, on some fares, cash or points-plus-cash pricing set by the airline.
How pricing works
Upgrade cost is set by the airline based on the fare you originally booked, the route, and remaining inventory in the higher cabin — it is not a fixed price we control. We check current availability and quote the exact upgrade cost, plus our service fee for arranging it, before you pay.
Important limits
Upgrades are never guaranteed. Some fare classes are not eligible for upgrade at all, and availability can disappear between when we check and when you confirm. If an upgrade you approved is unavailable at the time of ticketing, we'll tell you and refund any upgrade payment already collected for that specific upgrade — see our Refund Policy.
